Nari Hira produces a thriller titled ‘Apartment’ that is a presentation of Magna Films. The movie stars Rohit Roy, Tanushree Dutta, Neetu Chandra, Udita Goswami, Mushtaq Khan and others.
Preeti Sengupta (Tanushree Dutta) happens to be an airhostess who lives with her beau Karan Malhotra (Rohit Roy). Both share a very nice 2BHK apartment situated in the northern suburbs of Mumbai. Both are befriended by their elderly neighbor called Madhusudan Tanha (Anupam Kher) who is a struggling poet and lyricist. Tanha is a lonely man who lives with his only companion, a Persian cat whom he calls with love ‘Shehzadi’.
